HUMBERT & POL - Quality - Flexibility - Individual special solutions
For over 50 years, HUMBERT & POL has been your partner in the development and manufacture of systems for internal bulk and unit load transport.
In addition to our advanced conveying systems – pendulum bucket conveyors, conveyor belts, BIG-BAG filling and emptying stations, and lift/tilt stations – our engineers and technicians design, construct, manufacture, and install reliable and cost-effective transport solutions according to your specifications. Whether it’s a single machine adapted to specific operational conditions or a turnkey complete system, we provide everything from a single source.
Our systems have proven themselves worldwide in a wide variety of industries and transport tasks, from plastic granules to coffee beans, in the hygiene-sensitive food sector, for use in potentially explosive atmospheres and in heavy industry.
Thanks to our medium-sized company size in conjunction with specialised partners, we are always flexible enough to respond to special conditions and guarantee a wide range of additional options and services.
The development, planning and design of the plant layouts are CAD-supported in 3D format. Data exchange with engineering offices, plant constructors and customers is carried out in STEP or DWG format. Within production, modern CNC machines are available for sheet metal processing, and in joining technology we work with the latest, partly robot-assisted, welding processes.
STANDARDS
- SAFETY – CE compliant design according to EC Machinery Directive, ATEX manufacturer’s directive (type examination TÜV Nord).
- QM – documented by ISO 9001:2015 certificate (DNV.GL).
- FAST PROJECT DEVELOPMENT – through ERP, 3D CAD and effective manufacturing methods.
From our production site in Spenge, Germany, the systems are sold worldwide through our own sales and service network. Our customers have long appreciated HUMBERT & POL’s smooth order processing and adherence to deadlines.
